CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial vice president Jan Berg, CCIM, SIOR honored at Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association awards reception

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (March 15, 2010) – The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association (ICREA) recently awarded CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial vice president Jan Berg, CCIM, SIOR the 2009 Broker of the Year. Berg has been practicing in the commercial real estate arena for 18 years. She is a Certified Commercial Real Estate Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. “Jan is relentless in the pursuit to satisfy her client requirements and exceed their expectations. As a result, she has been a consistent top producer for our firm and an excellent representative of our industry,” states Kyle Gamble, managing director of CB Richard Ellis Hubbell Commercial.

Jan is involved in the community as well. In 2008, she was awarded the Polk County Soil & Water Conservation District Urban Steward Award, which is in recognition of outstanding accomplishments in soil and water conservation and proper land use that contributes to the protection and improvements of land and water resources in Polk County. In addition, Berg was the 2006 recipient of the Alice Rodine Recognition Award from the Des Moines Neighbors for outstanding leadership and service to the community.
